Terms & Conditions

  • The Navigator 7.8 e-Bike is engineered to the highest EU specifications.  The RENTAL e-Bike frames are medium size and can be adjusted for ideal comfort.

  • Due to the frame size, rider size restrictions apply as follows: 

    • Navigator 7.8 e-Bike - 158 cm - 185 cm

    • e-MTB Hard Tail and Full Suspension - 170 cm - 200 cm

    • Maximum rider weight, 150 Kg

  • All riders are required to wear a helmet, while obeying the rules of the road and riding in single file.  

  • Guided tours begin with a safety briefing. All riders must attend this briefing and complete an indemnity agreement before departure.​

  • Should you have any health concerns, consult your doctor before booking an e-bike tour.​

  • We suggest you wear comfortable shoes and clothes. The Cape is known as the Cape of Storms and our weather is changeable.    

  • Teens >14 years with cycling experience may come on one of our e-bike tours. Toddlers and littlies may ride with an adult secured either in a child seat (9 to 22Kg) or in a child trailer (seats two, max 34 Kg).
