Discover the unique nature of Tokai’s forest park and reserve. Starting in Constantia our way takes us along the Spaanschemat river to the entrance of Tokai reserve forest park.

On the way up to the Silvermine dam you will get unforgettable views to Muizenberg, False Bay and the east side of the cape. After a nice break on the top we start our way back on single tracks through the forest of Tokai.
